Overview

Grinberg Method workshops address different aspects of life that we regularly encounter and often struggle with, offering an approach based on body attention, learning and individual experience. Each workshop focuses on one specific subject, such as dealing with fear, learning to transform pain, strengthening your will, relating to personal history, and more.

Using various exercises you will learn to shift your attention to your body, and approach the subject through the body. Rather than primarily paying attention from your mind, you will use description and physical exercises to approach the subject while experiencing through your body. You will identify limiting habits you have, gain the ability to stop them, and go beyond your usual borders. Lectures and discussions during the workshop also contribute to a better understanding of the subject, thereby encouraging you to deepen your learning and go beyond cultural norms and personal opinions.

In addition to creating a change in the way you approach and deal with the subject of the workshop in your life, learning through the body also creates physical change in the form of reducing unwanted sensations and conditions, and at the same time creates a greater experience of wellbeing and personal ease.

The exercises, concepts and heightened attention that are practiced in the workshops, can be used in your daily life to achieve a desired change or to take the next step toward realizing a goal.

All workshops are suitable for people with no previous experience with the Grinberg Method, as well as clients who would like to enhance their learning.
